Prescription pathways. Clinician-led.

Your hormones aren't one-size-fits-all.

Every prescription therapy at Aevique begins the same way — with your bloodwork, reviewed by a UK-registered clinician. No 10-minute GP appointment. No off-the-shelf dosing. A protocol that starts where you are, and adjusts as you change.

UK-registered clinicians · GPhC-registered pharmacy · Bloodwork-led every cycle

Why bloodwork first

Prescriptions without numbers are guesswork.

Most online clinics will hand you a hormone or a GLP-1 after a five-minute form. That's not medicine — that's logistics. At Aevique, every prescription pathway is built on a current biomarker panel, reviewed by your clinician, and re-tested on the same quarterly cadence as the rest of your protocol. If the numbers move, the protocol moves. If something looks off, we slow down.

The pathways

Four clinician-led therapies.

Hormone health

HRT

Body-identical hormone replacement therapy.

For perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Body-identical oestrogen, progesterone, and where clinically indicated, testosterone — reviewed against your full hormone panel, thyroid, and metabolic markers, not a symptom score alone.

  • Bloodwork-led starting dose
  • Clinician video consult before any prescription
  • Quarterly re-test & protocol adjustment
  • GPhC-registered UK pharmacy fulfilment
Start clinician consultation

℞ Prescription-only. Suitability assessed by a UK-registered clinician.

Metabolic health

GLP-1 · Mounjaro · Tirzepatide

For sustainable metabolic change.

Mounjaro (tirzepatide) supports appetite regulation, glycaemic control, and weight reduction in eligible patients. Suitability is assessed against your metabolic panel — HbA1c, fasting insulin, lipids, liver — alongside a clinician review of your goals and history.

  • Eligibility reviewed against full metabolic bloodwork
  • Titration plan built with your clinician
  • Ongoing monitoring via app & quarterly re-test
  • Lifestyle protocol alongside, never instead
Start clinician consultation

℞ Prescription-only. Not a first-line weight-loss option. Eligibility criteria apply.

Metabolic health

Retatrutide

Next-generation triple-agonist therapy.

Retatrutide is a triple-agonist (GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptor) currently in advanced trials. Where clinically appropriate and legally available, our clinicians can discuss whether this pathway fits your profile. As with all our prescriptions, the decision sits with your clinician and your numbers.

  • Full metabolic and cardiovascular bloodwork first
  • Clinician discussion of risks, benefits, and current evidence
  • Tight monitoring cadence
  • Reviewed against your goals and current health status
Start clinician consultation

℞ Prescription-only. Availability depends on UK regulatory status and individual eligibility.

Hormone health

TRT · Testosterone

Testosterone replacement, properly investigated.

Low testosterone deserves a full workup, not a fast-track prescription. We screen with total and free testosterone, SHBG, LH, FSH, oestradiol, prolactin, thyroid, and a full metabolic panel — then a clinician reviews symptoms, history, and goals before any treatment decision.

  • Full hormone & pituitary screen before prescription
  • Cardiovascular and prostate risk reviewed
  • Quarterly bloodwork to track response and safety
  • Protocol adjusted to your numbers — not a default dose
Start clinician consultation

℞ Prescription-only. Treatment only initiated where clinically indicated.

A note on NAD+

NAD+ isn't a prescription — it's a wellness product.

Our 1000mg NAD+ pen and intranasal spray are available to everyone, no consultation required. They live on the Shop page alongside other wellness items. Aevum subscribers receive one NAD+ pen free every quarter as part of their membership.

The process

The same four steps. For every prescription.

i

Test

Full biomarker panel relevant to the therapy — at home or at a partner clinic site.

ii

Consult

A UK-registered clinician reviews your bloodwork, history, and goals over video.

iii

Prescribe

Where clinically appropriate, your clinician issues a prescription via our GPhC-registered partner pharmacy.

iv

Monitor

Quarterly re-test, async clinician messaging, and protocol adjustments as your numbers move.

A word on safety. Every therapy on this page is prescription-only. Eligibility is decided by a UK-registered clinician after reviewing your bloodwork and history. We may decline to prescribe where it's not in your best interest. Read the medical disclaimer for full detail.

Start with your numbers.

Every therapy pathway begins with a current biomarker panel. If you're already an Aevique subscriber, your clinician can review your latest results. If not, the easiest start is a Vitalis or Meridian subscription — or a one-off test.
