Vitalis and Meridian samples can be collected at home with a registered phlebotomist, or at one of our partner clinic sites — whichever suits you. Appointments are normally around 15 minutes. Aevum members are seen at a private concierge address with a longer, dedicated consult slot.
GMC-registered clinicians. Every subscription includes a quarterly video consult (15/30/45 min depending on tier) and async clinician messaging via the app between consults.
No. Every test on the menu is open to anyone. Subscribers get 15% off automatically at checkout.
UK GDPR-compliant. Lab results are stored encrypted, accessible only to you and your assigned clinician. We never sell or share data with third parties. Read the Privacy Policy for full detail.
You're billed once every three months from the day you subscribe. The membership is active for the full quarter you've paid for. If you cancel mid-quarter you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Yes. [Pro-rata or end-of-quarter — REVIEW with finance and solicitor]. Practical default: upgrades take effect at next billing date; downgrades take effect at next billing date so the in-progress panel completes.
UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Once a sample has been collected and processed by the lab, that test is non-refundable. Subscription periods that haven't started can be refunded up to 14 days after purchase. [Solicitor to finalise wording].
You can pause for up to 90 days from the app — billing pauses, your record stays. Cancel ends the subscription at the end of your current paid quarter.
Some tests benefit from a 10-12 hour fast — fasting glucose, fasting insulin, full lipid panel. The app tells you which appointments need fasting. If you can't fast, your clinician can interpret accordingly or ask you to repeat.
If the lab can't process a sample due to handling or transit issues that aren't your fault, we arrange a free repeat. If the issue is on the customer side (e.g. a missed home-collection kit step), the repeat is at cost.
Most biochemistry: 3–5 working days. Specialist panels like Vitamin B Profile: ~8 days. Genetic and microbiome: 10–15 working days. Specific timing is shown on each test in the menu.
Five tests on the menu give you information about traits that don't change — APOE, MTHFR, Apolipoprotein E genotype, Lipoprotein(a), Telomere Length (annual maximum). Once we have your result, it's stored in your record and we never reorder it.
Because the five tests are most useful at the start of your time with us — they set the lifelong context for every other panel. Bundled price £695 vs £1,155 standalone (saves £460).
When a subscription tier is in your cart, every one-off test in the cart switches to the subscriber price (15% off). The discount applies as long as you have an active subscription at order time.
Tests already paid for at the subscriber price are honoured at that price. New orders after cancellation revert to public price.
No. Custom supplement protocols are billed separately at roughly £89/month and shipped monthly. They're added by your clinician after your first results review and can be cancelled independently of your subscription.
Yes. Prescription pathways remain available where clinically appropriate — HRT, GLP-1 medications (Mounjaro, tirzepatide), retatrutide, and TRT are all handled through separate clinician-led pathways with full bloodwork review. Your hormones aren’t one-size-fits-all, and your protocol shouldn’t be either. These are not a 10-minute GP appointment and not a one-size prescription — they’re a tailored hormone or metabolic protocol based on your biomarkers, your symptoms, and your life. No. NAD+ 1000mg Pen (£222) and NAD+ Nasal Spray are wellness products available to everyone — no subscription or separate prescription required. Aevum subscribers receive one NAD+ Pen free with every quarterly billing cycle (four pens a year, a £888 yearly value) during our founder window.
