You can’t pour from an empty cup. Here’s how four simple steps put your health back at the centre.
From your first appointment to lifelong tracking — testing, analysis, action, retest. Quiet, deliberate, on your schedule.
Step one
No GP queue. No clinic carpark. Vitalis and Meridian samples can be collected at home by a registered phlebotomist or at one of our partner clinic sites — whichever fits your week — usually a 15-minute appointment. Aevum members are seen at a private concierge address with a dedicated consult room and a longer slot.
Sample types include serum (SST tubes) for biochemistry and EDTA tubes for haematology and DNA. Specialist samples — saliva for cortisol curves, urine for mycotoxins, stool for microbiome and H. pylori — are handled with home-collection kits posted to you in advance, with tracked logistics back to Nationwide Pathology.
Step two
Samples are processed by Nationwide Pathology, a UKAS 15189:2022 accredited lab (No. 7983). Most panels return in three to five working days. Specialist tests like the Vitamin B Profile carry a longer eight-day TAT — flagged at order time.
Every result is loaded into your Aevique app and reviewed by a GMC-registered clinician before it’s published to you. Anomalies are flagged. If a sample is rejected (haemolysis, insufficient volume, transit damage), we arrange a repeat at no extra cost where the lab is at fault.
Step three
You meet your assigned clinician for a quarterly video consult — 15, 30, or 45 minutes depending on tier. The consult covers your results, lifestyle protocol, and supplement recommendations. Between consults, you can message your clinician asynchronously through the app.
Optional add-ons sit alongside the standard service. Custom supplement protocols are billed at roughly £89/month and shipped monthly. Prescription therapies remain available where clinically appropriate — HRT, GLP-1, retatrutide, and TRT are handled through separate clinician-led pathways with full bloodwork review. Mid-quarter consults are available as paid add-ons for fast-moving issues.
Note: NAD+ products (1000mg pen, nasal spray) are wellness items available to everyone — no separate prescription needed.
Step four
Quarterly retests track change over time. The app shows trends per marker against reference ranges and your personal baseline — so you can see whether the protocol is moving the numbers that matter.
Lifetime tests — APOE, MTHFR, ApoE genotype, Lipoprotein(a) — are flagged in your record and never reordered. They’re once-per-lifetime by design. The Founders Stack bundles all five at £695 (saves £460 vs ordering separately) and is the recommended starting point for most members.
The app
Once your clinician signs off your protocol, it lands in the Aevique app: daily supplement stack, biomarker score, wearable trends, and a direct line to your clinician between consults.
